Human Resources Client Services is dedicated to serving all WSU schools, colleges, divisions, faculty and staff needs related to general Human Resource services. HR Consulting, in the areas of recruiting and on-boarding, performance management, and exiting is at the core of what we do. We also support managers in the interpretation and application of HR policies and business processes, HR transactions (EPAF) and FMLA.

Our office is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations through the management of employee records utilizing HR systems such as Banner HRMS, Electronic HR Document Management, the Online Hiring System and I-9 eXpress. We are committed to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes and providing excellent service to all of our customers.

We have dedicated, experienced HR Consultants assigned to individual Schools, Colleges and Divisions to assist with strategic HR matters. Read more information regarding consulting services.

2015 Wellness Warriors: Cycle

Specialty indoor cycling bikes put you on flat roads and hills, in sprints and races.  Class may be modified for all fitness levels. This is a Wellness Warriors sponsored event hosted by the Mort Harris Recreation and Fitness Center. In order to participate in this class, you must be enrolled in the Wellness Warriors program. *Good for all levels of fitness* To register, please visit your Academica/Pipeline Account and sign up under Training, Seminars, Workshops (TSW). Cube EtiquetteA training service from our Life Advisor Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Presented by Rick Sands, Ulliance Speaker Monday, May 11, 2015 | Faculty and Adminstration Building, Room 1339 | 2:30 - 3:30 PM With the cubicle now a standard office configuration, many employees are often unaware that their behaviors are distracting, if not blatantly inconsiderate to co-workers. Using “Cubeardy!” – a fun, quiz-show format – employees will learn the basics of cube etiquette and how to deal with ‘cube etiquette’ violations. Learning Objectives: Understand Do’s and Don’ts – behaviors, smells, decorations, etc. Identify and respond to common offenses Assess your work space- Is a makeover needed? How do I register? Log into Pipeline and then click the following link Schedule online Please note: This event is for all WSU benefit eligible employees but will count as a Wellness Warrior event where Wellness Bucks can be earned.
