Human Resources Client Services is dedicated to serving all WSU schools, colleges, divisions, faculty and staff needs related to general Human Resource services. HR Consulting, in the areas of recruiting and on-boarding, performance management, and exiting is at the core of what we do. We also support managers in the interpretation and application of HR policies and business processes, HR transactions (EPAF) and FMLA.

Our office is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations through the management of employee records utilizing HR systems such as Banner HRMS, Electronic HR Document Management, the Online Hiring System and I-9 eXpress. We are committed to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes and providing excellent service to all of our customers.

We have dedicated, experienced HR Consultants assigned to individual Schools, Colleges and Divisions to assist with strategic HR matters. Read more information regarding consulting services.

Wellness Warriors 2015: TRX Basics

Use the basic fundamentals of suspension training to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. This is a Wellness Warriors sponsored event hosted by the Mort Harris Recreation and Fitness Center. In order to participate you must be enrolled in the Wellness Warriors program. *Good for all levels of fitness* To register, please visit your acacdemica/pipeline account and sign up under Training, Seminars, Workshops (TSW). Respectful WorkplaceA training opportunity sponsored through the Human Resources Department and hosted by Ulliance Life Advisor EAPDescription: Creating a respectful work environment is not just a compliance issue. Participants in this training will learn what kinds of behaviors are (or not) acceptable in the work environment. Topics such as harassment, respect, and team interactions will be covered, developing a greater understanding and awareness of this important topics.
