The Strategic Management Systems department provides Technical Support on new and existing Finance and Human Resources projects.  We also provide support on HR and Finance reporting, and assist in ensuring HR data integrity and adherence to established University policies.

Don't let the flu catch you!Flu shot clinics will be available to WSU faculty and staff on campusClick here for more information Why get vaccinated?Influenza ("flu") is a contagious disease that spreads around the United States every winter, usually between October and May. Flu is caused by influenza viruses, and is spread mainly by coughing, sneezing, and close contact. Flu can also lead to pneumonia, and make existing medical conditions worse. It can cause diarrhea and seizures in children. Each year thousands of people in the United States die from flu, and many more are hospitalized. Flu vaccine is the best protection against flu and its complications. Flu vaccine also helps prevent spreading flu from person to person. WSU FLU CLINIC When? Nine different clinic days will be offered from September 29th through October 16th. How do I make an appointment? Make an appointment by signing up for a ten minute      timeslot on Training, Seminars, Workshops found on your Pipeline or Academica account. What do I need to bring to my appointment? Bring two (2) completed copies of the consent form; one for the pharmacist, and one for you. If you cannot keep your appointment(s), please click on the "My Sessions" link at the top right corner of the "Training Seminars Workshops" home page. Then click "Remove Me" next to the session and date for which you're registered. Can my family member receive the flu vaccine? Family members are not eligible to attend the flu clinic; however, vaccinations are available thru the University Pharmacy. To make an appointment for your eligible family member please call the University Pharmacy at (313) 831-2008. What is the cost to get vaccinated? The immunization is FREE to employees enrolled in      Health Alliance Plan, Blue Care Network, Total Health Care and DMC Care. You MUST bring your health insurance card, WSU One Card and government-issued picture ID. You MUST pay $33.90 for the immunization, if you are enrolled in Blue Cross and Blue Shield or Community Blue low co-pay plan, OR if you receive cash-in-lieu of medical insurance, OR if you do not bring your health insurance card.
