Employee Assistance Program

During the in-person University Orientation, a representative from TEAM EAP will discuss services provided by WSU to you and the members of your family. The Employee Assistance Program provides professional counseling, education, and referral services to you and your family members including:

  • Child or adult care issues
  • Alcohol and/or drug abuse
  • Balancing work and family
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Work-related concerns
  • Financial or legal problems
  • Career transition issues
  • Personal growth and development

This is a free benefit, and is strictly confidential. Neither your employer nor your coworkers will have any knowledge of your use of the EAP.
