During the in-person University Orientation, a representative from from the office of Organization and Employee Development (OED) will discuss training opportunities around campus. The office of Organization and Employee Development provides consulting services, professional development opportunities and training support. They are committed to maximizing organizational growth through process improvement and by utilizing assessment tools. They also provide avenues for improving employee performance and talent management to promote leadership.
