Ulliance provides management services designed to help resolve personal problems that negatively impact an employee's work performance. Services include:
- Management Consultations
- Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
- Management Referrals
- Manager/Supervisor Orientations
What is a Management Consultation?
When Supervisors/Managers/ Unions encounter an employee-performance situation or policy violation that is connected to a personal problem, they can confidentially call Ulliance for consultation. Issues we can assist with include, but are not limited to:
- Workplace Violence/Anger
- Conflicts with Co-Workers
- Management
- Substance Abuse
- Harassment Concerns
- Attendance Problems
- Emotional Issues
- Policy Violations
- Communication Tips for Talking to Employees
What is a Management Referral?
Informal: a suggestion that an employee utilize EAP services. Your Account Manager can help you find effective ways to approach your employee.
Formal: a mandatory referral following a work performance problem or a policy violation. Both HR and the Account Manager must be involved in this type referral.
What is a CISD?
Critical Incident Stress Debriefings can be provided in the event of a workplace tragedy, such as an employee death or serious accident.
