Our annual Employee Recognition Ceremony celebrating retirees, value award winners and those who reached milestone years of service will be held in November, 2025!

Employee Recognition Week

Employee Recognition Week is a week long celebration of our WSU values. Each day focuses on a value and provides opportunities to celebrate fellow Warriors. Employee Recognition Week will be November 18 - 22, 2024!

Daily & Informal Recognition

Together, we build a culture of recognition by finding formal and informal ways to say, "Thank-you" for helping achieve our mission. Daily recognition may include Culture of Care Notes, sending a personal thank-you or public praise. Click here for more recognition resources.
