• When is training available?

  The targeted soft launch date is July 1, 2025.

• Who is training for?

  All full & part time employees (see below e-classes) that have an original hire date on/after the soft launch date of July 1, 2025. This currently excludes student employees, temporary employees, stipends, affiliates and volunteers, as well as internal transfers/promotions.

  E-classes assigned learning: 24, 7M, A2, A9, AS, C2, C9, D2, D9, DA, EX, F1, F2, FA, G9, G2, HP, MA, MN, MR, N2, NC, NE, NH, NN, O2, OE, P2, P5, PE, PN, PS, PT, R2, R9, RN, S2, S9, SA, SK, U2, U9

• When should training be completed?

  Within the new hire’s first 30 days during their workday on “paid” time. It’s an ideal activity for a new hire’s first week as they settle in!

• Will new hires be able to complete this training after their first 30 days?

  Yes, it will remain available for a 3-month period if needed.

• Where can training be completed?

  The AAB 1700 computer lab is available for reservation for those who don’t work at a desk by contacting OED@wayne.edu.

• How long will training take?

  Learning is 86 minutes total. It’s OK to stop and start each course as the new hire’s schedule allows. Cornerstone will track progress.
