As part of your initial learning goals with your manager, you’ll engage in required online, self-paced New Hire Training, designed to acclimate you to Wayne State University and reinforce an understanding of our values and core compliance topics. Whether navigating your onboarding or seeking a quick reference, this page serves as a central hub for training modules, relevant policies and key contacts to promote a safe, inclusive and productive environment.
