Employee Assistance Program

In today’s fast-paced world, juggling work and your personal life—and all the associated demands and pressures—can feel overwhelming. Fortunately, you have somewhere to turn—the Wayne State University Employee Assistance Program (EAP)!

What is EAP?

Your Ulliance (Formerly TEAM) EAP benefit is a service provided by Wayne State University to you and eligible members of your family. This is a free benefit, and is strictly confidential!  Neither your employer nor your coworkers will have any knowledge of your use of the EAP.  You can contact the EAP 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by simply calling one toll-free number:

You may also access the Life Enhancement Resource Center by visiting: http://www.lifeadvisoreap.com/MemberLogin.aspx

The Employee Assistance Program provides professional counseling, education, and referral services to you and your family members.
