Letters of Offer

Below are the templates that should be used when creating an offer letter for new hires, renewals and other personnel changes:

Academic

  • Division of Academic Affairs Personnel Templates and Instructions
    • Faculty – clinical, research, teaching, tenure track, tenure, part-time, voluntary
    • Academic administrators – dean, chair, director, provost
    • Academic staff – academic advisor, academic service officer, archivist, athletic coach/trainer, extension program coordinator, financial aid officer, health physicist, librarian, university counselor/assistant
    • Medical residents
    • Research staff – research assistant/associate/scientist, post-docs, pathway to faculty
