P&A Method II Program

This program is for supervisors and managers who would like to be certified in the P&A Method II. This program covers the Employment Process -- Effective Selection and Interviewing; the Performance Appraisal Process; and  Union Contract Administration. Method II training participants must have the authority to hire and/or terminate P&A employees. For more information refer to this self-study course in Cornerstone Learning. For those who are not in the Cornerstone Learning pilot, please contact oed@wayne.edu to request direct access.
