WSU Values
How we achieve our work is just as important as what we achieve.
When crafting performance goals, integrate these behaviors into your implementation approach to embody our WSU Values. These unify all WSU Warriors around the key behaviors to create our desired culture and will be part of how success is defined at the end of the year in Cornerstone Conversations’ Annual Review process.
Consider, for example:
- In what way will you collaborate and/or innovate to achieve goal success?
- What milestones could you set up to provide regular progress updates and how could you use them to follow through on commitments as one example of integrity?
- How could achieving each goal support Wayne State’s values of Diversity & Inclusion, Excellence, or Leadership?
Not sure? See how ChatGPT incorporated each value into an example performance goal: ChatGPT PDF (pdf) and ChatGPT video
