Performance Planning

Performance Planning is how each employee contributes to the WSU Strategic Plan. It encourages the direct alignment between the university’s mission and individual objectives, by clearly defining each employee’s objectives before the performance year begins.

Employees and supervisor agree on 4 to 6 performance objectives for Part A:  Performance Objective Plan & Assessment of the Employee Planning, Assessment & Development Form. As you both begin Phase I, you may want to refer to the links in the left-hand margin, which provide valuable information on process, timing, instructions and examples.
